Optical measurement (VMM)

Simple and fast: a high-resolution CCD camera records the surface of the part from top view. Converting pixel distances to microns is the basis of the video measuring machine technology. Not only manual machines are available in our portfolio, full-automatic (CNC controlled) versions also. Optical measuring machines equipped with touch probes are called multi sensor measuring machines. Improving your machine with this tool provides a high variety of inspection for dimensions which are limited by simple optical machines.

Coordinate measurement (CMM)
