Great adaptability
The short camera distance helps inspect deep grooves, tooling pockets, holes and narrow areas.
CereScan is a lightweight handheld blue-laser 3D scanner designed for hard-to-reach areas, deep grooves, holes and complex geometries.
The 215 × 95 × 45 mm body and weight of only 650 grams enable comfortable one-handed operation.
The high-performance algorithm provides fast and efficient scanning, while built-in photogrammetry improves volumetric accuracy on larger parts.
“CereScan's small size is not a compromise: it enables accurate inspection where a larger scanner becomes difficult to use.”
Compact design, one-handed operation and dedicated scanning modes make it especially suitable for narrow geometries.
That is roughly the height of a large smartphone, while still covering an area up to 600 × 550 mm in a single view.
Despite its compact size, CereScan provides a large scanning area, multiple scanning modes and metrology-grade accuracy.
The short camera distance helps inspect deep grooves, tooling pockets, holes and narrow areas.
Up to 2,480,000 measurements per second with real-time mesh processing.
Thirty-four blue laser lines provide a large scanning area, including on dark and shiny parts.
Accuracy down to 0.01 mm in fine mode, with improved volumetric accuracy using photogrammetry.
Twenty-six blue laser lines for fast general-purpose scanning.
Seven parallel blue laser lines capture fine geometric details more precisely.
Using a scale bar improves volumetric accuracy on large parts without coded markers.
The optional wireless module provides greater freedom of movement around the part.
CereScan software features support the complete workflow from real-time meshing and quality inspection to reverse engineering.
The system generates mesh data in real time, improves detail and reduces file size for post-processing.
GD&T inspection, 3D comparison colour maps and measurement reports directly in the workflow.
The scanned mesh can be used for rapid prototypes, reconstructed CAD geometry or industrial fixture design.
It can be used for quality inspection, maintenance, reverse engineering, cultural digitisation and specialised medical tasks.
The collapsible table includes scanning modes, accuracy data, working distances and software compatibility.
