HE & AR Series Small Size Coordinates Measuring Machine

HE & AR are characterized by the highest precision machine which is UNIMETRO wholly developed and designed. Each part is selected strictly in the period of manufacturing and make sure that all parts are connected perfectly and opportunely in the period of assembly. The acceptance of measuring machines takes place according to ISO 10360-2. In doing so, two standardized acceptance procedures are used. All measuring machines are measured with an ultra precision laser. After wards, a test conforming to standards with DKD-certified solid measures such as gauge blocks, ball plates, etc. is conducted. Therefore, the machine customers use at last is real high quality, high precision technology.

Worktable is the support of all the CMM, its quality is important for the performance! Our CMM is made with high precision, heavy and stable natural granite worktable from “Mount TAI”; this can support vibration damping and improve the performance of CMM. The gantry-moving structure, integral workbench make the machine have strong bearing capacity wide workpiece placing space and convenient loading and unloading; the separating vibration design of the driving system still can minimize the measuring precision effects because of machine’s vibration, although the machine is moving with high speed. The high-performance synchronous belt drive is adopted by the three axes, thus, not only getting the high motion velocity to improve the measuring efficiency, but also reducing the rotary inertia to the farthest extent to improve the motion acceleration; The new granite guide rail processing and inspection process jointly developed by the professional granite manufacturer is available, so that the machining precision of the granite guide rail is improved to a new grade.
